Victor Mendoza graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Kikkawa College. There, he learned how to thoroughly and accurately assess clients conditions and administer effective, individualized treatments.
Victor has volunteered at Meditation and Self-Healing workshops in Sedona (AZ), Vancouver and Ottawa. He has over 5 years experience in teaching and helping individuals develop their life physically and spiritually. He has acquired tools such as Medical Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Shiatsu, Yoga and multiple Martial Arts. These tools, along with his experience working with professional athletes, have made an enormous difference in helping to improve the health of his clients.
Victor has also taken courses in Reflexology, Thai-Massage and Myo-Fascia. He has a Blue Belt in Taekwondo, a Certificate of Dahmudo Teaching Assistant and Dahn Yoga Teaching Certificate.
He has recently volunteered at an NHL Camp during their regime training and worked directly with Mike Nichols, a well-known strength and conditioning coach.
Victor has completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program at McMaster University. He has recently completed serveral ART courses including one on nerve entrapment and has been certified as a Full Body Active Release Provider.
