She recently volunteered at the Boston Marathon providing post-race treatments to reduce inflammation, muscle spasms, relieve pain and speed recovery.
Monika is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist which allows her to use therapeutic exercise in conjunction with deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques to provide effective treatments to decrease pain and expedite injury recovery.
Monika has a passion for continuing education and is constantly working to learn new skills to allow her to provide more comprehensive treatments to her clients. She is currently enrolled in her second year of the Doctor of Chiropractic degree program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
