Annalee Kirk graduated with honours in massage therapy at Elmcrest College of Applied Health Sciences in 2008. Annalee also has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Waterloo in psychology where she was a member of the Womens Varsity Volleyball team.
Annalees massage therapy treatments are aimed to improve your mobility and functionality to a pain free state. General swedish massage techniques, along with other modalities, are performed to reduce muscle tension while increasing circulation and joint movement. In conjunction with massage, Annalee promotes exercises and stretch recommendations that you can do safely in the comfort of your home.
Annalee understands the benefits of alternative therapy and how effective an interdisciplinary approach can aid in your athletic performance and recovery. As a former athlete, Annalee can relate to how physically and mentally demanding your schedule can be. Choosing massage therapy will help your performance, will reduce the possibility of injuries and is an excellent way to unwind and destress.
Whether you are an elite athlete or a weekend warrior, Annalee will do her best to treat your musculoskeletal needs to help you achieve your personal goals and quality of life.
Annalee is a member of the College of Massage Therapist of Toronto in good standing.
