Biography

Dr. Moaz Chohan is a Sports Medicine Physician at Athlete's Care in Toronto with expertise in musculoskeletal medicine, image-guided injections, and exercise-based rehabilitation. He completed his Fellowship in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Ottawa and Family Medicine residency at Western University with certification in Family Medicine by the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

Dr. Chohan's academic background includes a Master of Science in Surgery from Western University and a Master of Medical Sciences from Queen's University. His research focuses on metabolic and structural biomarkers for the early diagnosis of osteoarthritis, with multiple publications and national presentations.

He has covered national tournaments in rugby, wrestling, hockey, and ultimate frisbee and has a special interest in motorsports and emergency medicine. A dedicated educator, Dr. Chohan teaches medical students and residents in sports and family medicine. He is also a recipient of the CFPC Family Medicine Resident Scholarship and the Outstanding Resident Award from Western University.
