Her background in fitness and interest in improving quality of life through movement led her to pursue physical therapy, where she saw firsthand the meaningful impact rehabilitation can have on helping people achieve goals that matter most to them. She takes a collaborative, whole-person approach to care, aiming to understand each patient?s unique circumstances, goals, and motivations. She integrates manual therapy, individualized exercise, and education to support sustainable, meaningful health changes.

Nadeen has completed the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy Program Level 1 through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association ? Orthopaedic Division and the Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) in Dementia Care certification from Advanced Gerontological Education (AGE).

Alongside her clinical practice, Nadeen remains engaged in research at the University of Toronto focused on promoting health equity and accessibility within rehabilitation. Outside of physiotherapy, she enjoys staying active through weightlifting, HIIT, and drop-in soccer. In her free time, she loves to travel, explore new places, and try different art hobbies.
