Olivia values a holistic approach in developing your treatment plan, taking into account the physical, mental, and emotional contributors to your health. She believes passionately that patient education is the key to long-term success, and will work with you to implement home exercises and self-care strategies which fit with your lifestyle in order to complement the treatments you receive in clinic.
Olivia is actively involved in her local chapter of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and regularly attends both provincial and national conferences in order to promote and advocate for the profession of physiotherapy. She has completed continuing education courses in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis Therapy, Lyn Watsons Shoulder Physiotherapy, and Blaise Dubois' Prevention of Running Injuries.
