Sarah obtained a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Western University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph-Humber. Her academic background, combined with years of experience as a competitive hockey and soccer player, gives her a unique perspective on athletic performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
Sarah takes a hands-on, patient-centered approach to care, grounded in evidence-based practice, which she plans on maintaining and expanding through educational courses. She places a strong emphasis on patient education, personalized therapeutic exercise programs, movement optimization, and manual therapy techniques. Whether working with athletes, active individuals, or those recovering from injury, Sarah is committed to delivering individualized care that empowers each patient to reach their recovery goals and return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah maintains an active lifestyle through running, cycling, and swimming. She is also involved in coaching youth hockey and values quality time with family and friends.
