Stephen is a dedicated and empathetic Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honors from Georgian College. His journey into Massage Therapy began after his career as a physical education teacher in Hong Kong, where he gained a deep understanding of sports injuries and the body's mechanics.
With a diverse skill set, Stephen specializes in various therapeutic techniques such as sports massage, deep tissue therapy, PNF stretching, joint mobilization, rehabilitation, and relaxation treatments. He is committed to providing personalized care, tailoring each treatment to address the unique needs of his
clients for optimal results.
Outside of his professional work, Stephen enjoys running, weightlifting, reading, and cooking?activities that help him relax and maintain his overall well-being.
