Fitness has always been an important part of Chung?s life and has played a significant role in helping him stay physically and mentally healthy. These experiences strengthened his appreciation for physiotherapy and inspired him to pursue a career dedicated to helping others overcome setbacks and achieve their goals.
Chung has a strong interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions across the lifespan and helping individuals return to the activities that bring them joy, purpose, and fulfillment. As a physiotherapist, his goal is to provide individualized care by taking the time to understand what is most important to each person and tailoring treatment to their unique needs. His approach combines education, hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and lifestyle modifications to help patients recover from injury, build confidence in their bodies, and achieve lasting results.
Alongside his clinical work, Chung has extensive experience with strength training and fitness. His personal background in resistance training provides valuable insight into the physical demands of exercise, injury prevention, and performance, allowing him to support individuals ranging from those new to exercise to experienced gym-goers working toward specific goals.
Outside of the clinic, Chung enjoys weight training, biking, skipping rope, playing video games, watching anime, and exploring new Korean BBQ restaurants with friends and family.
He looks forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals!
