Annika is a graduate of the MScPT program at the University of Toronto with a background in exercise science from prior experience as a kinesiologist and a Bachelors in Science from Western University. She brings a strong foundation in movement-based rehabilitation to pair with manual therapy and pain relief techniques.
She has experience treating orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain, pelvic health and paediatric populations. Annika approaches each individual with empathy and values a biopsychosocial approach to care, focusing on collaboration, education, and functional goals. She strives to empower her clients to become active members or their rehab to return to the things they love to do.
In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with friends, gardening and playing volleyball, pickleball and golf.
