Biography

Brandon Richards is a Physiotherapy Resident with a strong foundation in human movement, exercise science, and evidence-based rehabilitation. He completed both his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Honours and his Master of Science in Kinesiology at the University of New Brunswick, where he also earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) designation through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

His time working with clinical populations, the general public, and elite-level athletes during his master?s degree sparked a deep interest in rehabilitation and human performance. This passion led him to pursue a Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

Brandon takes a scientific and individualized approach to rehabilitation, integrating current research with practical experience to help his patients restore function, prevent injury, and achieve their personal goals. He values collaboration, patient education, and empowering individuals to take an active role in their recovery.

Growing up playing competitive hockey and golf, Brandon understands firsthand the demands of sport and the importance of optimizing movement and performance. His background in both strength and conditioning and physiotherapy allows him to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and return to performance for clients of all activity levels.
