Chris graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2010 and has been growing his practice, skills, and passion for massage therapy since. After spending years as a Professional Dancer, Chris understands the importance of movement and therapy. His whole career has been based in the core of downtown Toronto, helping busy people stay pain free, mobile, and to educate his clients on how to maintain and improve their health. Chris believes in working in an integrative clinic where he can share his years of experiences, knowledge, and compassion for helping his clients move better with a team that is just as passionate about their craft.
In addition to having the fundamental skills of massage therapy, such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and fascial release Chris also offers acupuncture, dry needling, with electrical stimulation. He has also completed level 2 in NKT (Neurokinetic Therapy), which he uses as an assessment tool to address the cause of pain by discovering the dysfunctional movement patterns in the motor control centre of the brain. He also uses NKT to treat these patterns and provides customized and efficient self care programs for his clients so that they can maintain and improve their clinical goals.
Other therapies that Chris offers include craniosacral therapy, pre-natal massage, intra-oral treatments, and structural integration.
