Dan has a comprehensive background in fitness, athletic therapy, and massage therapy. He completed his diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management at George Brown College, followed by a degree in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College, and further solidified his expertise with a diploma in Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health and Technology.
Dan's client-centred approach is defined by a commitment to personalized goals and a thorough investigation into the root cause of dysfunction and pain. His treatment techniques are varied, ranging from relaxation to deep tissue, and he proficiently integrates massage therapy with Neurofunctional Acupuncture to provide comprehensive and effective care. Sessions may include a variety of joint play mobilizations, myofascial release, trigger point release, and targeted therapeutic exercises and stretches to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Outside of his clinical practice, Dan enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and spiking volleyballs.
