Andy is a University of Toronto trained Registered Dietitian and also holds a masters degree in public health nutrition. He has spent time training at Toronto Western Hospital and The Canadian Diabetes association where he was later employed before specializing in 1-on-1 nutrition counselling. He is a weight management and healthy eating specialist who has helped countless clients improve their dietary patterns and reduce their risk of chronic disease. He is also well versed in working through issues relating to digestive health including IBS and IBD, and is equally experienced in helping people lose weight as he is in helping people gain it.
As a life-long soccer player and fan, Andy also has a particular interest in soccer nutrition and the impact of diet on sport performance. He also enjoys a variety of other physical activities including yoga, swimming, running and weight lifting and brings his knowledge and experience in those areas with him in his professional practice.
