Biography

Cassandra obtained her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario.

Cassandra's passion for movement and function began after her own injuries as a competitive volleyball player, where she experienced firsthand the resilience of the human body. She has experience working with clients of all ages and abilities, supporting their unique experiences and goals through personalized, evidence-informed care. She utilizes a holistic approach to treatment by integrating patient eduction, hands-on manual therapy and exercise prescription to identify the root cause of an injury and build strong functional movement foundations.

She believes in working with her patients and empowering them to be active members of their rehabilitation journey, whether their goal is to get back to a sport, work or to optimize everyday function. Outside of the clinic, you can find Cassandra playing a variety of recreational sports or exploring Toronto's culinary scene.
