Biography
Christina received her Masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. Prior to this, she attended Western University where she obtained an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. During this period, she worked with the Women's Varsity Volleyball team as the student athletic trainer where she helped to develop exercise programs and assisted in the management of various musculoskeletal injuries.
Having grown up as a competitive gymnast and being faced with multiple injuries, Christina is very passionate about helping others achieve their goals and return to optimal function. Christina works in collaboration with her patients in order to address biomechanical and neuromuscular impairments through individualized exercise programs, manual therapy, soft tissue release and patient education. In the coming years, Christina plans to continue her professional development by attaining further training in acupuncture and manual therapy.
Outside of physiotherapy, she enjoys staying active through participating in several sports including soccer, flag football and cycling.
