Dr. Adam Manis received his medical degree from Laval University in 2012. He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at McGill University and subsequently completed a fellowship in Sport and Exercise Medicine at the University of Toronto under the mentorship of some of the best and most experienced sports medicine doctors in the country.
During his fellowship, Dr. Manis provided team medical coverage for multiple teams including University of Toronto varsity hockey and football. He has covered the Toronto Scotiabank marathon and been involved with many Canadian national level teams as well as professional soccer and football teams. Besides being proficient in both acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, Adam is also very well trained in concussion management.
Adam has played baseball at the varsity level for both McGill and the University of Toronto. He remains very active by playing tennis, running, cycling, and snowboarding. Adam is passionate about healthy living and believes that the importance sport and exercise can not be underestimated.
