Frances graduated with Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queens University and went on to earn her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University.
Frances has experience in treating a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions from sport-related injuries, to motor vehicle accidents, post-operative conditions and everyday sprains and strains. She uses a variety of manual therapy, soft tissue release techniques and acupuncture to help her clients achieve their goals and return to the activities that are meaningful to them. In conjunction with hands-on therapy, Frances strongly believes in encouraging her clients to play an active role in their recovery through exercise and education.
Frances has completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program through McMaster University, as well as her Level 1 manual therapy (National Orthopaedic Division), soft tissue release, and Persistent Pain management (APTEI) certifications. She prides herself in being a lifelong learner and plans to gain further education in pelvic floor physiotherapy, advanced neurofunctional assessment and treatment, and pursue her FCAMPT designation.
When not in the clinic, Frances enjoys long distance running, cycling, rock climbing, and spending time with her friends and family.
