As a dedicated physiotherapist, Guillaume brings over 15 years of experience to the field, having graduated in France in 2008. His career has been marked by the privilege of working with professional athletes across various disciplines, especially in basketball, where he had the opportunity to work with NBA and WNBA players. These diverse experiences have honed his skills and deepened his understanding of the unique needs of the human body?from high-performance athletes to amateur levels.
With extensive learning and experience, he has developed a very specific approach to treating common and recurrent issues related to multidirectional sports like soccer, basketball, hockey, or rugby. From knee pain to old ankle injuries, back pain, or pubalgia, his approach consists of:
Helping to regulate tension in the body with manual therapy techniques and medical acupuncture.
Identifying deficient systems in the body and providing specific drills that target those systems.
Developing the autonomy of the client by providing educational materials if necessary.
He developed also specific programs about ankles instability, coordination/footwork and core training
Personally, he enjoys playing basketball, running, working out, and discovering new training methods to improve his knowledge.
