Jessica is a graduate from Algonquin College in Ottawa. She has been registered and is in good standing with The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2014.
She has the experience of working in physiotherapy clinics as well as spa settings with an array of targeted needs tailored to patients conditions. She practices both therapeutic and deep tissue massage therapy related to stress, postural dysfunction, post-surgical tension and injury based conditions. She treats patients with a combination of massage therapy techniques, these include, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and stretching and strengthening to help patients get back to their daily activities and every day living.
As part of her ongoing learning and continuous professional development, Jessica has completed a specialized introductory course in Craniosacral therapy as well as Cupping therapy level 1 and 2.
Jessica believes there is an importance for massage therapy in everyone's life whether it's needed for injury based conditions or well being. Jessica has a tenacious sense of commitment to her patients health and will help them achieve their wellness goals with a treatment plan that best suits their needs.
