Kamaljeet believes in providing her patients with the confidence to take ownership in their recovery. She is empathetic which is demonstrated through her dedication to understanding client concerns and addressing their needs and goals. She earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of British Columbia and then went on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University.
Her background in personal training, practicing as a Kinesiologist, and treating a variety of orthopedic conditions including sports injuries, allows her clients to efficiently return to work and function. She is committed to creating positive patient outcomes by addressing the root causes of their pain. Her approach to care is evidence-based through education where she ensures her clients have a clear understanding of their pain and their role in their care; she also utilizes hands-on manual therapy techniques and individualized exercises for her clients.
Kamaljeet is passionate about lifelong learning. She is dedicated to staying current with the latest evidence through post-graduate courses, specifically in dry needling and manual therapy as she works towards the FCAMPT designation. In her downtime she can be found enjoying the citys best eats, reading, exercising, or spending time in nature.
Kamaljeet also speaks Punjabi and has experience performing assessment and treatment sessions in Punjabi.
