Kimberly's treatment approach is a combination of both therapeutic and relaxation massage while focusing on the clients' needs and goals. She believes in working together with her clients to achieve the clearest approach and best results, with patient education playing a key role. She incorporates a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, cupping, acupuncture and joint mobilizations in order to provide an effective yet relaxing treatment.
Kimberly has worked with diverse populations such as athletes, seniors and adults with developmental disabilities. She also has provided treatments for a range of injuries and conditions from acute athletic injuries to chronic neurological disorders such as MS.
Kimberly is a graduate of Sutherland Chan Massage Therapy School and McMaster's Neurofunctional Acupuncture program and incorporates her background as a Pilates instructor into prescribing therapeutic exercises for her clients.
Being a lifelong learner, she is currently pursuing a certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage as well as studying Holistic Nutrition.
