Biography
Lily completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. She is passionate about life-long learning and strives to cultivate an evidence informed practice by balancing hands-on techniques with education and exercise. Prior to her physical therapy education, Lily completed a Master?s degree in Rehabilitation Science at McGill University, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Queen?s University.
These experiences afforded her opportunities to work with a variety of populations as a Student Athletic Therapist for the Royal Military College Varsity Hockey Team, an exercise facilitator for individuals recovering post-stroke, as well as those with physical and cognitive disabilities, and as a student-researcher.
Lily enjoys taking on active pursuits such as cycling, mountain biking, rock-climbing, and skiing
in her free time.
