Maxwell is a bilingual physiotherapist who provides care in both English and French. He holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor and completed his Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa.
With a passion for helping individuals return to their desired level of function while remaining pain-free, Maxwell takes pride in assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. His treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy with personalized, exercise-based rehabilitation, ensuring each patient receives a tailored and effective plan of care.
Drawing from his athletic background, Maxwell has a deep understanding of human performance and injury recovery. He grew up playing football, hockey, and baseball, and continues to stay active recreationally. He currently trains and competes in the sport of Strongman, which further enhances his practical knowledge of strength, movement, and physical resilience.
During his undergraduate studies, Maxwell completed an internship as a student strength and conditioning coach with the University of Windsor Lancers Athletic Program. There, he worked with a range of varsity athletes and was recognized with the Strength & Conditioning Intern of the Year award. These experiences have greatly informed his approach to optimizing physical performance and rehabilitation.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Maxwell has also completed Level 1 of the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Program through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association?s Orthopedic Division.
