Rashpal has extensive experience in the health and wellness industry both in England and Canada where she developed programs and treatments through certifications in a number of fitness and empowerment disciplines, including therapeutic sports massage, cardiac rehabilitation, yoga, exercises for older adults, and personal and professional coaching. When arriving in Canada in 2004, she had focused her career on her expertise in business. However, her passion has always been in physical and psychological wellness and to this end she licensed as a Registered Massage Therapist and Health Care Practitioner through the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy to make this her primary career.
Rashpal has experience in all major disciplines of massage therapies through treating sports athletes, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, older adults, high-risk pregnancy patients at Sunnybrook Hospital, and patients at the University Rehab Hospital and the Bickle Complex Care in Toronto. Here she has had experience treating patients who suffered from spinal injuries, strokes, paralysis, contractures and neurological disorders, lymphatic disorders and palliative care. This rewarding experience developed her massage therapy and treatment skills to alleviate pain, increase functionality and provide customer care ensuring the highest safety standards, and further enhanced her discipline for accurate assessments in terms of clients' individual needs, illnesses and injuries. Rashpal is a members of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and also the Registered Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario.
Rashpal is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and provides life-skills coaching, career coaching, and executive & business coaching. She is totally committed to her value for helping people live fulfilled lives through physical and psychological wellness.
