Biography

Rostam graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT). Prior to that, he started his journey with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Science (BSc Kin) at York University. Rostam has also attained a certificate in The Pain Truth Program for treating chronic/persistent pain. Additionally, he is trained in acupuncture & dry needling and spinal manipulations/adjustments. He is also certified from the Real Running Run Coach Program. Currently, Rostam is working on attaining his Diploma in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (Dip. AMPT).

Rostam first and foremost believes in building strong relationships and providing high-quality education based on the latest research. Rostam believes in holistic health, as physical, emotional, and social health all work in tandem.

Rostam?s passion for physiotherapy came from his diverse athletic background. He has and continues to participate in running, soccer, volleyball, weight-lifting, and rock climbing.

Rostam will work with you to create a personalized care plan tailored to your lifestyle. Rostam?s practice will include education, hands-on treatment, and exercise programming that suits your needs to address your goals.

Special Interests: Post-surgical rehab, lower body injuries (hip, knee, ankle), upper body injuries (shoulder, elbow, wrist), neck & back, sports performance.
