Biography
Sydney completed her MSc Physiotherapy from the University of Essex after earning a Diploma in Pedorthics from Western University and a BSc in Exercise Physiology from University of Winnipeg. She has experience working in musculoskeletal rehabilitation settings across Canada and the UK, with interests in return-to-sport rehabilitation, lower limb biomechanics, and movement-based care. Her background in contemporary dance and teaching dance and acrobatics continues to influence her approach to rehabilitation and performance.
Sydney is passionate about helping people build confidence to return to the activities they love through collaborative, individualized care. She is committed to continuing education, with plans to further expand her training in clinical acupuncture and Pilates. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, travelling, music, and spending time in the gym.
