Biography
Yesha is a dedicated Physiotherapist with an international and Canadian background in evidence-based rehabilitation. She earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Ahmedabad Physiotherapy College in 2021, followed by a year of hands-on clinical practice in India, where she developed a strong foundation in patient assessment, treatment planning, and functional rehabilitation.
After relocating to Canada, she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Georgian College in 2022. She then worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant in Niagara Falls for two years, further strengthening her clinical skills and gaining valuable experience in patient care.
Most recently, Yesha worked as a Resident Physiotherapist in Owen Sound, Ontario, and later practiced as a Provisional Physiotherapist in Moncton, New Brunswick, where she treated patients with musculoskeletal conditions and concussion-related injuries, focusing on safe recovery, functional improvement, and return to daily activities.
She has since moved to Ottawa and is committed to continuing her professional growth while delivering patient-centered, evidence-based physiotherapy care. Yesha believes in the power of movement and works collaboratively with her patients to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
Outside of work, Yesha enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hiking, traveling, and embracing new adventures.
