Asparagus Stir-Fry (Recipe)
Sliced shitake mushrooms caps
Sliced button mushroooms
Garlic cloves, minced
Asparagus, cut in 1ï¿½ in.
In wok or large skillet, heat oil over high heat; stir-fry onion, basil, salt, and pepper for 2 minutes. Add shitake and button mushrooms and garlic; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until liquid is released. Add asparagus; stir-fry for 4 minutes or until tender-crisp. Makes 4 servings.

Serve it on the side or spoon over cooked rice or pasta for a quick vegetarian meal. Dislike asparagus, replace with green beans.
