Jayme completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Prior to that she obtained her Honours Specialization Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University, where she also played varsity basketball.
She has completed postgraduate coursework in taping, TMJ Dysfunction, and paediatric neurodevelopment. She has also obtained her Level 1 Manual Therapy certification in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. Jayme also specializes in Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy. She utilizes repositioning manoeuvres, exercise, and education to help patients experiencing dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and blurred vision.
As your physiotherapist, Jayme is dedicated to ensuring you understand your condition, so that you can play an active role in your recovery and feel in control of your progress. Jaymes treatment approach is focused primarily around exercise prescription, manual therapy, and patient education to help her patients achieve their personal goals.
In addition to being a physiotherapy resident, Jayme enjoys spending time outside hiking and biking, watching the Raptors win championships, and spending time in the kitchen baking treats!
