A Quick, Easy and Healthy Breakfast

Looking for a new quick and easy breakfast recipe? Try a smoothie, all ingredients can be gathered and prepped the night before and all you have to do is add banana and blend in the morning. If you have a blender with a single serve cup attachment, your breakfast will be ready in seconds and can be enjoyed at home or on the go!



Frozen Peanut Butter & Banana Morning Smoothie

½ - 1 frozen banana peeled and sliced

1 cup milk (your choice -cows, soy, almond)

¼ cup peanut butter

Honey to taste



Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency.


**Kitchen Tip**

  • When freezing bananas peel, slice and place in a zip lock bag, it will quicker and cleaner to access when the time comes to use them
  • Try adding ¼ cup rolled oats to the blender first, blend and then add remaining ingredients
  • Add any other fresh or frozen fruit you like.
  • Want a thicker smoothie? Try adding 1/3 cup of yogurt
